Welcome to Total Gym Jamaica (PROJECT KEEP FIT) at the Diabetes Association of Jamaica (DAJ). We strive to offer members the best equipment and workout options. Choose from our specially designed exercise classes in both cardio and weight training. Total Gym Jamaica (TGJ) is safe, effective, efficient, and enjoyable exercise programs for its members and guests.

We are committed to providing comprehensive experience that will make everyone achieve their personal fitness goal(s) by focusing on the mind and body.  We offer the following:

The staff members are well qualified and ready to help you reach your fitness goal.
